Are you still wondering why so many software projects are failing or why customers are unhappy with the solution provided? It is just at the beginning of a project when the most expensive mistakes are made. There are many reasons for project failure, but a major one is incorrect requirements analysis and inadequat requirements management, and both suppliers and customers add their share to this. Requirements analysis and requirements management are fundamental basics for any successful software project - without creating a monstrous overhead to the project. Stephan Holowaty is going to discuss the most important issues with you, and will help you to learn from them - so that customers ends up knowing what he will get for their money, and suppliers will end up knowing what they have to deliver. This session does not talk on any product you "need". This session will focus on down-to-earth ideas, recommendations and strategies which you can start using in your projects right away when walking out of this session - to help both customers and suppliers spending their project money on creating more value and on creating more successful projects.
